Try Before You Buy

Wouldn’t it be great to live in your dream vacation home before you buy?  

Well now you can!  Hibiscus International encourages clients to take the time to visit a destination, and if at all possible, stay in the vacation home before purchasing.  We've made this easier with our “Try Before You Buy” program.  We negotiate your stay to spend up to a week's vacation living in the vacation home.  If you love it and want to buy the property, then through our “Try Before You Buy” program, the vendor will reimburse a portion of your accommodation expenses off the negotiated price of the property.
