Apes Hill Club
Join us March 26, 2010 on our cruise and view this property in Barbados!
Since 1686 Apes Hill has been a scene of beauty and tranquility on the sun kissed island of Barbados. This year, Apes HIll Club began inviting select guests to begin enjoying the back nine holes of the truly unique golf course. Construction is near completion on the equally impressive front nine. Projected to open in 2010, the golf clubhouse has been designed by acclaimed architect Larry Warren, and will feature a restaurant, bar, lounge, golf shop, locker rooms, and member services. The location for the clubhouse has been strategically selected on an elevated ridge that provides wonderful vistas overlooking four golf holes to the east, the Waterhall polo field and distant views of Bridgetown to the south and the magnificent Caribbean Sea to the west.
Holders Meadow
Apes Hill Club has welcomed many new homeowners. In fact, due to the high demand for land, the club released a new parcel of land earlier this year - Holders Meadow. Situated in the center of Apes Hill Club on one of the highest points of the island, Holders Meadow has 36 lots which average just over half of an acre in size. Each lot has dramatic golf or coastal views and nearly every lot is on a fairway as the parcel is sorrounded by five holes of the golf course.
The Villas of Garden Wall
In addition to land, Apes Hill Club is building a limited number of semi-detached three and four bedroom villas. The Villas of Garden Wall average 3,300 sq. ft. in size and are surrounded by the 10th, 17th and 18th golf holes. With mahogany and coral finishes the villas represent the essence of a stylish Barbadian home. The three different villa options feature large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens by Miele along with spacious living and dining areas which flow onto large patios and private infinity-edge swimming pools. The first twelve homes are ready for viewing and can be occupied immediately.
To preserve the theme of outdoor living, apes Hill Club is committed to building on only thirty-five percent of the 470 acre community that is quickly becoming a household name and one of the most sought after addresses in the Caribbean.
