The development is comprised of 181 richly appointed, harbor-side condominium residences ranging in size from one to four bedrooms, set in a village with a European Mediterranean feel. All units will include the following amenities: Cable television; high speed Internet; stainless steel kitchen appliances; rich wood cabinetry with granite countertops; bathrooms with platform soaking tubs and/or tiled showers; quiet washer and dryer unit; master suites with imported ceramic tile floors; wood finished walk-in closets (select properties); private covered terrace, some with individual pools or gardens. The first owners took possession in early January 2010.

Owners may certainly elect to furnish their property on their own. For the convenience of both initial furnishing as well as long term upkeep, the furnishing packages are available to make it easy to move right in. This property offers buyers full decor and houseware packages. The professionally decorated and installed packages offer owners the opportunity to move into a fully furnished home inclusive of furnishing, draperies, electronics, linens, table and kitchenware.

The Marina

A vibrant marina and yacht Basin anchors the community. There are a few select properties in zone 2 of the development that include a boat slip with the purchase otherwise you must lease or rent a slip separately. Only owners can buy or lease a yacht slip.

The marina was designed with the leisure yachtsman in mind with a world-class facility for both long term and transient vessels. The marina can accommodate over 40 boats up to 70 feet and yachts from 90 feet to 180 feet.

The marina will also feature marina office and staff with a marina concierge service to ensure you set sail in style with a stocked galley. The marina channel depths are 5 meters with the inner basin at 3 meters based on low tide. A full range of electrical water and pump out service is also available.

The property will manage its condo rental program as well as the commercial and marina components of the project. The marina, residences, restaurants and retail complex comprise the overall community. Additionally, there will be property management services for condos owners who choose to participant in the rental program.
