Costa Rican Ceviche

During our recent Costa Rica Virtual Real Estate Tour, real estate partner Becky Clower and her Mom, Ana Vargus shared their favourite all time recipe for a traditional Ceviche.  We’re delighted to share this with you and hope you taste the Pura Vida in every morsel!  


INSTRUCTIONSCombine all ingredients EXCEPT salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.  Ceviche can be served with tortilla chips (homemade or store bought corn tortillas) or in soft corn tortilla as a soft taco.
